The Role

We are seeking a Web3 Affiliate Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is based in Hong Kong and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with marketing and affiliate teams to collect, process, and analyze referral and affiliate program data, ensuring accurate and actionable insights
• Analyze and interpret large volumes of marketing and transactional data related to affiliate performance, customer acquisition, and referral conversions using advanced data tools and platforms
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within affiliate data to recommend strategic improvements, optimizations and opportunities that drive growth and enhance program effectiveness
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate affiliate program performance and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate experiments aimed at improving affiliate marketing strategies and ROI

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing, affiliate, or digital performance domains
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools
