Business Data Analyst

About the Role

Certified is seeking a Web3 Business Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making and drive business insights in the crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project feasibility, investor readiness, and budget planning
• Engage with on-chain activity by interacting with crypto wallet addresses and decentralized applications (dApps)
• Analyze large-scale financial, operational, and market datasets using statistical models
• Research and consolidate industry data from public and proprietary sources
• Design and implement advanced financial models for efficiency optimization and forecasting
• Develop statistical and time series models to forecast service pricing and customer behavior
• Build interactive dashboards and automated data pipelines to visualize financial and operational metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• In-depth knowledge of Crypto/DeFi, including tokenomics, staking mechanisms, and blockchain ecosystems
• Strong ability to develop Excel-based financial models, including three-statement forecasting
• Skilled in designing and implementing automated data-cleaning workflows
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Databricks, Excel VBA

Compensation

Salary range: $80,000 - $93,000 per year
