About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assess and document regulatory risk based on a variety of risk factors
• Gather and analyze data
• Review transactions and open-source materials to assess whether activity violates acceptable use policies and regulations
• Document and report review/investigation findings
• Prepare case files with required supporting documentation
• Summarize clear and concise findings of investigations
• Support the overall project team with continuous learning and knowledge leverage
• Create and present quality deliverables supporting essential project work-streams
• Achieve operational and billable hour targets within job area
• Work under close to limited supervision on low-medium complexity tasks or assignments
• Execute daily work within existing procedures and guidelines
• Communicate with team members and leadership about operational and daily work questions

Requirements

• 1.9+ years of professional experience in the compliance field
• Knowledge of Financial Crime / AML / fraud, and operational procedures
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain new user skills in other software applications
• Work from office

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is €22,000.00-€36,000.00. Compensation depends on factors including skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs.
