The Role

The Data team is responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions and enhance our product offerings. As a core member, you will be responsible for end-to-end data projects—from defining metrics and building robust data pipelines to deploying analytical models.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using tools like dbt and Airflow
• Perform in-depth analysis of large-scale, complex blockchain data (on-chain and off-chain) to uncover key trends and optimize product features
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations
• Monitor company performance, track revenue, and identify user segments to support strategic direction
• Design and maintain BI dashboards using tools like Tableau
• Ensure data quality and accessibility for the entire organization
• Master a cutting-edge technical stack (Python, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Generative AI tools)
