About the Team

The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We're a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company's regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the global OKX Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program, including strategy, roadmap and controls to address regulatory requirements
• Support the process to centrally track and validate the implementation of remediation plans
• Communicate compliance framework and CMT Program requirements to all relevant stakeholders
• Engage cross-functionally to establish global processes, standards, documentation and test plans
• Assist with special projects as needed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in compliance within financial services, FinTech or cryptocurrency industries
• Basic interest or experience in compliance monitoring and testing roles
• Knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance, policies, processes, and procedures
• Proven ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, critical thinker able to work independently and in a dispersed team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with BSA/AML, money transmission and consumer protection regulations
• CAMS, PMI, or equivalent certification
